The only reason I am not giving them a one star is because they were helpful in jumping my wife's car off when we came to pick it up and the battery was dead.
Be wary about Platinum's rating because they offer a discount if you bring in proof that you gave them a 5 star rating. Took my wife's car in with an appointment at 8am, but they did not even look at the car until 3pm. It further took until 10am the next day before they offered a diagnosis. They wanted to charge us $700 ($400 for parts and $300 for labor) to fix the problem. I went to auto zone and got the parts on my own for $300 and it took a buddy 30 minutes with a screwdriver and socket wrench to install them.
Great customer service! Been coming here for a little over 3 years and have been and still am satisfied with the work they do. I totally recommend anyone to come here to get they car serviced.
Had a 9 am appointment but wasn't seen until after 12. The owner gave us a discount for waiting. Didn't want a discount or anything free, just hate sitting.
