Absolutely Amazing ! ! ! I've user Gardeners Gate for my step father's funeral, my wedding, and floral gifts for my wife. The owner has always been more than accommodating. She is really nice and so wonderful to deal with. I will not go anywhere else.
I do not leave bad reviews, but this incident warrants a notice to everyone. Ordered flowers on a Friday for the funeral visitation on Sunday night. Flowers were not delivered in the funeral home nor prior to the service on Monday morning. It was delivered in the cemetery on Monday!! Owner was very rude and will not give credit since she said it was delivered anyway. Paid in full via credit card in good faith, but did not deliver on the date/place that were agreed upon. No one from the family have seen the flowers. It was bad!! Owner (Lisa) asked "well what do you want me to do since the horse is already out of the barn?" What a customer service!!!! Do yourself a favor, please DO NOT order from this florist. To 1-800-Flowers, please DO NOT ask this florist to facilitate your internet order. They will dupe you!
