a Pixar movie; something light hearted.
My advice is to go at a slow time so that you don’t have to sit with too many other people. Also, this theater is best to watch a comedy or maybe
I loved it way to loud can here in Big Lots hist doesn't need to be that loud. First time there man gave me ear plugs will definitely go with next time feel sorry for kids ears. But it was good may keep looking depending on volume...
People are always talking, texting, and loudly eating or dropping their snacks. People often bring children to movies that are not age appropriate (i.e. horror film with a toddler). Obnoxious laughter, repetitive coughing & sneezing, and the occasional side comment during the movie should all be expected.
This theater is VERY budget friendly and always has the latest movies. This place is a budget theater ran by a local church. It has basic chairs and the sound isn’t the best quality but because of the price I can overlook these “issues”. My only gripe about the this theater is that they don’t turn the lights off all the way. These are the reasons for my three star rating. The following didn’t influence my rating because these problems are not of the facility. My family and I go about once a month but if it were just me I probably wouldn’t attend this theater because of the following reasons.
Went to see Thor: Ragnarok with my wife and we had an awesome time. The prices were amazing both for tickets and concessions. The staff was very awesome and friendly. The theater itself was very comfortable in regards to seating, projection and sound. Had an outstanding time and will definitely be going back instead of going to Regal.
They had a $1 movie. The movie started right on time. The theater is clean. It was a little cold so I would wear a sweater next time. The screen was clear. The sound was perfect. Very friendly people who work there. And the concessions were good.
Now for my rant.....My biggest problem is that the other attendees are some of the worst movie patrons I’ve ever experienced.
This makes getting wrapped up into a movie impossible....
Avoid seeing big budget movies like Thor or Guardians of the Galaxy. Save movies where dialogue and graphics are important for the pricier theaters where the customers are more respectful of others.
Family-friendly films & easy on the budget. I like that 10% of theater profits are given back to the community. Passionate worship & engaging delivery of the Word at accompanying Destination Church in a contemporary, multicultural come-as-you are atmosphere. Love their motto that, "It's not about where you've been but where you're going that matters."
During Pirates of the Caribbean, a father gave a small toddler their bucket of popcorn to keep him quiet. The toddler threw the full bucket onto the floor making a huge mess and distracting others. The father then proceeded to verbally reprimand the crying child on his way out..... BUT then came back with more popcorn and gave it to the child AGAIN! As you can imagine the child created even more of a mess and later spilled a nearly empty drink.
