Residents are allowed to do what they want.you are allowed to work on your vehicle at all hours of the evening.race your engine at all hours of the evening also.the management allows such behavior.
Cannot stand it. I want to make sure everyone knows about this place. Overcharged for broken, old, and just flat out ridiculous place that you call apartments. You get charged a late fee for paying within five days of the due date, they don't fix anything, ridiculous "rules" and other stuff like that. Like I've said, keep looking.
Management is very rude. We were thinking about moving here and gave them a money order for a holding fee. Saw some bad reviews and changed our minds. The fee is refundable, so we went to pick it up today and was just completely brushed off and told we had to wait 40 minutes. Like they weren't trying the give back the money.
I have a one year old and another on the way. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone! Especially with small children! I am NOT OKAY with my daughter being in this kind of environment.
Worse place I've ever lived in. I pay $900 a month for some crappy, broken down apartments. Everything breaks, wasps nest everywhere, gnats, people constantly dumpster diving, I have NEVER had an issue with bed bugs until we moved here and now I am constantly bit by them. They refuse to do anything. Our hot water was running for over 24 hours because the faucet broke. We called the emergency number because WE pay the gas and we were told we had to wait until the next day because they were too busy.
Management does absolutely NOTHING BEYOND COLLECTING THE RENT.
My family love it here at riverside apt.. Very spacious and quiet home setting our two bdrm apt when arriving her ..clean and comfy.. Niece and peacful I would reccomend single or family members to riverside apts..
