Usually I'm not the one to complain about food service because I've worked in food service so I know how it can be. Today at Denny's I got great customer service and horrible food. I ordered a T Bone steak medium to medium well and it came out well done. So I sent it back and the cook make a slick remark not knowing I was setting in the front and could hear him. When the second T Bone came out it was bloody raw. It looked like they flipped it over a few times to make the outside brown and that was it. I lost my appetite and asked for my check. On top of my t bone being wrong the food presentation was the worse. The broccoli wasn't cooked all the way and nor was the fries. Overall experience just horrible. Will not be eating here ever again. Also it took the staff almost 15 minutes to give me my check. So dissapointed
Choose another restaurant or you will be disappointed.
It was clean. Our server was nice and accommodating. The food was not hot, and the hash browns, bacon and toast were a big disappointment.
Highly disappointed with this location. It was dirty. (Floors were sticky and so was our table) There was a ROACH crawling on the wall behind my daughter! There was no apology or compensation whatsoever. I understand there are insects everywhere BUT unacceptable at an eatery.
Dennys has an amazing morning staff, but anytime I place an order after I get off work (at 10pm) my order isn't correct. I always get the same thing, whether it's in the morning or at night. ITS A SALAD. How simple could that be, right? I would order fried chicken strips in the salad instead of grilled, but I would receive grilled, The salad comes with avocado and eggs and I wouldn't receive any after comforting with the waitress that's what's i would be receiving. This last time, we asked them to make sure the order was correct and that there was avocado. But again, I didn't get what's i paid for.
Let's be realistic, it's thanksgiving. The 45minute wait for our less than appropriate ill prepared (all 3 meals missing ingredients listed on menu and dried out) meals was the cherry on this bad dinner. After cold appetizers and dirty plates to eat them on, you could say we are less than impressed. THEN they had the nerve to only offer a 25% discount insisting we pay for one untouched meal and 2 partially picked at meals.
Great place to go in the morning, not so much at night time!!
