Honestly not a bad place the area that the hotel is in is surrounded by places to eat and even a small Shopping Center. The staff is friendly and sociable and willing to assist if needed they have a lending closet for various items to cook with and and a small selection of DVDs and books to check out. The pet policy, $30 for three days,could use a bit of explaining but it is not necessarily expensive if staying for an extended period the bill can reach up to $150 a flat rate if staying past 30 days. The rooms are clean and offer a little bit more space in the double bed Suites. All rooms come with a full size refrigerator. The beds are comfortable the towels and washcloths are a bit more plush than the standard crappy hotel brand. There is no breakfast offered but that's fine in my opinion. Good place. I'd recommend it to soldiers and their families that are PCSing in and can't get on post temp lodging.
Me and my Best Friend Karen are visiting Hopewell, VA to visit Our sister Kim whom has been diagnosed with 4th stage cancer. Also, we are trying to make the Best of experience of my Marriage separation. So we are at this Beautiful hotel which has a dish washer, full size refrigerator, crystal glasses, utensils, microwave, pots and pans, a stove and coffee maker that is extended in a full kitchen, bedroom with 2 queen size beds, extra large bathroom and a office/living room. The most phenomenal experience is with the hotel manager Carina Andrews! She is so Awesome! Down to earth and straight up
This is a perfect long stay hotel if your attending a course at Ft. LEE ARMY base. You get a clean room and full kitchen. Food Lion grocery is right next door. Family dollar across the street and just about every you need in walking distance.
This is a no frills hotel. No hot tub, no pool, no bar, or spa. It is however clean and quiet with a friendly staff and the wi fi works. The bonus is it's part of the IGH chain.
This is my third stay at two weeks and longer.
The staff was very friendly and the cleaning lady was great. Our room was dpotless, smelled wonderful and the bathroom was clean. Washer & dryer free on premises. . Thank you for a much needed stay.
Very nice hotel, with absolutely exceptional desk staff. Rooms are a bit small for an extended stay but nice and furnished with dishes and cooking facilities; additionally there is a free guest laundry. I reviewed at a 3 however, for the Wi-Fi. Their free Wi-Fi is not fast enough to reliably support a Skype call, and in 2017 I expect better from a major hotel chain.
