Parking is ok when the hotel is not busy, but small and when packed. Rooms area great, toilet needs to be updated with hard flush rather than the old cyclone flush. Fitness center needs to be updated, sauna is a good thing (located in the fitness center). Fitness center time needs to be changed to 24hrs rather than from 6am to 11pm. Staff seems to be nice and professional. Cleaning staff, I'm not sure what their policy is on replenishing but my coffee pot wasn't cleaned for 3 days and was not replenished at all. Towels wasn't replaced just took the old towel but didn't replace it. Soap was not replenished. Breakfast time is great 6-10am. Breakfast selection is great. Pool needs to be updated, seems dirty and old.
Friendly staff, rooms are decent and clean but had an issue with the sink and bathtub not draining properly. Overall the hotel is nice and in a good location. You are pretty much right next to base and all the restaurants. I would stay here again if I was to come back in the area.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great continental breakfast offering. I recently spent 6 weeks here on an extended stay, and had an enjoyable stay. A warm greeting by staff members and an invitation to a staff function made me feel right at home. 5th star was lost due to lack of amenities such as whirlpool or indoor pool. But if that isn't important to you, it's a great place to stay. The surrounding area is a little rough, so be sure to keep aware of your surroundings, although I never felt threatened, I always felt a little on guard.
This is a nice hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Hotel had a nice free breakfast. Rooms had a microwave and a fridge which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Rooms a little small, but had no issues. Overall, good expirence, I recommend.
Lincoln room was a nice environment. All tables were prepared for a baby shower. Assistance was provided as necessary by the hotel staff.
