We ordered a sub special for $13.99! An hour and 45 mins later the driver shows up with cold food and the receipt said 25.99! When we called they said Sorry real nasty and said they would give me a discount for next time! Hello there is no next time Give me my money back! She didn't know how and said I'd have to wait!! So called bank and canceled the payment! This place sucks with customer service don't waste your time! I wouldn't even give them one star but have to at least give that to leave a review!

To start off, my boyfriend and I were on a cheap date night, so we stopped for some cheese fries.
Philly Cheesesteak is excellent, Never had any problems ordering from here.
We walked to the back to sit down and the tables were dirty and had stains all over them & crumbs. I'm pregnant, so cleanliness means a lot to me.
We walked in and the smell was horrible! The lady behind the counter stood there and stared at us for a good minute and a half while we were looking at the menu, she didn't say anything.
This place is terrible. I wish I could give it a zero. The customer service was terrible as was the food. And the lady blackmailed us into giving her a tip. All while she told us all the work she did that made it worth her getting a %20 tip!
