1. It took over an hour to arrive. (3 pizzas)
4. On another, all five toppings were right in the very center of the entire pizza. So, meat pizza in the middle cheese on the edge. Might as well played for a have cheese half meat lovers.
Ordered an XL late at night for pickup, and overheard those behind me ordering two of the same. Ten minutes later they are giving those behind me two XL pizzas and saying I have to wait on mine.
2. The pizzas were hard and cold.
I ordered a pizza at 7:23 and my confirmation said it would take 52-62 minutes, cool. It is 8:55 and my pizza is still not here. I called the store to see if there was a problem with my order and the person left me on hold for 5 min so I hung up. This is the worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from!!! It's sad cause Papa John's is my families favorite store. If there was an issue, I would have had no problem with picking it up myself. A call is all I ask, smh.
I'm not sure what happened to Papa John's. Dominoes is looking like a better option these days. They at least have one person in there worth his weight. Ironic his name is John.
I'm normally not one to complain. But, when all my kids are all excited for pizza and garlic cheese knots and get more than disappointed for several reasons, (this is not the first time) I decided to express our disappointment.
When "my pizza" comes out, it's a medium with different toppings than I wanted, so I just took it and let them deal with the screwup. I feel bad for the guy, his pizza was more expensive than what I ordered, but hopefully he enjoyed my pizza.
First time I ordered here, after talking to the delivery driver, it seemed like an honest mistake and perhaps if anything my fault that my pizza was delivered after roughly two hours. Second time ordering - after triple checking with a store rep on the phone they had all my information correct - 90 minutes later, no call, no knock on the door, no pizza. Awful PJ location. 0/10
3. On 1 pizza there were very little amounts of either topping to the point half the pieces of pizza had one or the other.
5.The cheese knots were burnt, hardly any cheese in them and very little garlic on them.
Ordered the gluten free pizza here today and it was excellent. Thank you for the quick service.
